No model training
The AI tools use the Anthropic API. By default, Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs from its API to train its models.
Only the report text is sent
For Magic Rewrite, titles and translation, only the title and description of a report go to the AI. Screenshots, console logs and session replays do not.
Deleted within 30 days
Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs from its systems within 30 days, unless the law or its usage policy needs them kept longer.
Encrypted in transit
Reports travel to the AI over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Magic Rewrite, automatic titles and translation are part of the Pro and Enterprise plans. Anyone who reports feedback through your widget benefits from them, even if they do not have an account.
Open your project, go to Settings, then AI. Each tool has its own switch, and all of them start off. Turn on only what your team wants.
Reporters can write in the language they are most comfortable with. PinMarks detects it and translates the report into your team language. You choose that language in the AI settings, for example English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi or Arabic. Reports that are already in your team language are left as they are.
Magic Rewrite fixes grammar and spelling and organizes the text, but keeps the reporter's tone and language. Any phrase inside double quotation marks stays exactly as written.
